Q: How do you run your birthday parties?
A: We have over 30 years’ experience in running birthday parties. We start in the Party Cottage for 60 minutes of cake and presents then go outside to play. First, we have games set out for kids to play while waiting on your guests. Then, let the celebration begin by singing Happy Birthday. You sit back, relax and take pictures while our party hostess serves all your cake, drinks, etc. to your guests. Next, the birthday person sits in a real throne and opens up their presents while everyone oohs and aahs. Afterwards, we line the honoree and guests up and hand out tickets/wristbands and take them outside to play. You are welcome to stay outside as long as you like. Then, your hostess comes back inside to clean up and store your cake and presents for you to take home. We truly have a servant’s heart and we are here to serve your family and friends. We get many repeat parties. We will do our very best to make this the best birthday party ever!
Q: What if we are late to our party?
A: Your party room is booked for a specific time. We start every party on time, every time. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee an extension to your room time. If we do have availability for more time, you will be charge $18.75 per 15 minutes. We encourage guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your room time to ensure that you will enjoy the full time you have reserved.
Q: Who do you charge for?
A: We do not charge for adults at a kid’s party, just the children participating at the party. If the party is for adults, then we do charge for the adults.
Q: Do you charge for adults to play on the attractions?
A: Yes, however, after the party ends our party hostess will line up the kids and give them tickets for the attractions. Generally, most adults get that this play time is for the kids. The adults that wish to play can come to the ticket area and pay for what they wish to do. If you want to pay for adults to play, please let us know and we will keep a tally and you can pay at the end of your party when you have finished your outdoor activities and are packed and ready to go home.
Q: Can we bring food for an inside party?
A: No, we only have time for cake and presents usually there is another party after your party. However, you are welcome to have food afterwards at our outdoor picnic tables. Party etiquette says that if you have a party during the lunch or dinner hour, then your guests expect food; otherwise, they are expecting some type of dessert and drinks. In other words, they have already eaten or planning to eat later.
Q: What if it rains?
A: If it rains, we will happily re-schedule to another available day or we can give you extra tickets for our covered bumper car pavilion.
Q: When do I pay for the party?
A: The $50 down-payment is required to reserve your designated date and time. This $50 goes toward your party. The balance is due at the end of your party after your outdoor activities. We accept cash and credit/debit cards. No checks accepted.
Q: Does Adventure Kingdom allow outside food or beverage in the park?
A: Yes, we do allow you to bring outside food or beverage in the park. Alcohol is not allowed.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book the party?
A: First come, first serve. Sometimes, we are completely booked; however, most of the time we are able to fit you in.
Q: If I reserve a Birthday Party Package can I bring my own cake and ice cream?
A: Yes, when you reserve a party package you are welcome to bring your own cake and/or ice cream.
Q: What decorations am I allowed to bring?
